Taylor-Ready System 12'-14' Van Body Package 19" Deep shelving. This shelf system makes the best use of your space. The foldable shelving offers you options based on what type of cargo you have. The patented folding shelving system allows you to transform your van body interior. In most cases TRS attaches into the floor of the truck body. It is not required that you drill into side walls or ceiling due to the excellent design and enginnering. The patented frame structure is the back bone to the TRS shelving system. The self supporting universal frame does not rely on the truck body walls for support; it’s engineered so that shelves and other accessories (i.e. E-Track and D-Rings) can be anchored to a secure frame. Once the shelves and other accessories are attached to a secure frame, they have the ability to carry more weight. Because of its few attachments to the truck body, the resale value of the truck is increased and the TRS product can be recycled. The frame is constructed of 11 gauge steel with a gray powder coat finish. The lightweight aluminum shelves (11 gauge 3003 aluminum) can then be installed at whichever heights needed (in 1.5 inch increments). The shelves can be left stationary or can be folded for more flexibility. The ability to quickly change the way shelves are setup increases the number of ways a truck can carry cargo–more options, more uses.

How To Determine Which TRS Package:

First: Determine the length.

Second: Determine the correct body height. (Note: Vehicles with rear roll-up door will require the next size shorter post kit.)

Third: Determine if body has a side door. If so, optional TRSDK door kit is needed.

Fourth: Configure the truck with the recommended shelving and accessories.

19" deep shelves have a weight capacity of 60 lbs per linear foot.
24" deep shelves have a weight capacity of 100 lbs per linear foot.
30" deep shelving is available. Please contact INLAD for additional information. (30" shelves can only be installed on one side.)

For van bodies with wheelwells, please contact INLAD to determine the availability of a TRS interior.
